Spam Filtering

EnableTS offers a combination of spam techniques that analyse and identify spam in real-time. Seamlessly integrating into the EnableTS rules engine, the various different spam techniques combined together offer the utmost level of detection. These techniques combined with the EnableTS rules engine, allow granular control, as a result allow businesses to perfect the configuration to meet their requirements.

There are both third party and EnableTS Engines that are used in the Spam detection element of the Enable Software Email Management Suite. Our development centre has already done the work of integrating with many third party applications such as Commtouch, Spamhaus and Kaspersky to name but a few. On top of this, there are our own developed solutions which a Provider can make use of such as the IP Reputation Service and he Outbound Mail Protection module. The system is designed to ensure that the Provider can deploy an anti-spam system that fits the need of both low end users and high end premium accounts.

With a bench mark set at around 99% spam detection, the software will allow the provider to offer low end solutions which just 'TAG' email as spam as well as a full premium service which quarantines, alerts and manages the spam mail that a corporation and a user receives. It is important for the Provider to be able to up-sell their clients from a low end solution to a premium solution and the system is designed with that in mind. Moreover, whatever options are chosen, they will work straight out of the box and the requirement from support staff to setup new users is virtually nothing.
