It is surprising to find that many modern systems do not cater for outbound protection of email. The Enable Software Email Management suite allows providers to offer it as a standard feature or as a premium bolt-on and giving yet further room for revenue generation.

It is a common occurrence that users with infected laptops spread viruses and turn organisations in to spam sending domains incredibly quickly. The Enable system will not only scan outbound email but will cut a customer off should the system believe that they are a BotNet spam sender. This is, like everything else, fully configurable.

The default setting is for outbound email to be switched off and users alerted of this via the standard bounce message. This allows organisations to keep face and not lose their hard earned reputation by sending out spam emails and becoming black listed.
