Modular Reporting

Whilst reporting is often seen as a sales aid, it can be crucial to troubleshooting key problems. The reporting module on the Enable Software Email Management Suite allows for bespoke reports to quickly and easily be deployed across the customer base upon the Provider's request. However, there are key reports that are built in from the outset.

The ability to see the volume of email by organisation and user, the ability to drill down by rule and action that emails hit as they went through the system and the ability to check 'top talkers' on the email system are all ready to go from day one.

The system makes user of a key graphical engine that can be used to generate almost any kind of report graphic from simple Graph to much more complex pie charts and pyramid diagrams. Any data that is kept in the system can be turned into a report, so imagination is the key to a fully functional report suite.
