Multi-tier Offering

Most Providers have a 'Channel' through which they do business. Many have a mixed model and it is important that any email management system deployed pushed the burden of support down the line to where the profit is distributed. In other words, it is important for the channel to play as much a part in the support of an end user organisation as it is for the top tier provider to be able to quickly and seamlessly enter a reseller or end user's setup and troubleshoot for issues.

The Enable Software Email Management Suite support a multi-tiered environment out of the box. It supports branding and the creation and management, for example, of Brands without input from the top tier provider. A reseller in the chain can create and manage their own brands.

Once a reseller is given the correct privileges, they are able to fully setup, configure and support their customer. There is no requirement from the Provider for input until the point of billing, where a reseller is issued an invoice by the provider.

With a one touch, no password required authentication system called 'login on behalf' , those with permissions are able to login as if they were other users on the system to troubleshoot and identify badly configured or troublesome domains and organisations.
