Image Scanning

The Enable Software Email Management Suite integrates with many Third Party products such as Anti-virus, anti-spam, black lists and the Image Scanning option from Image Analyser is a crucial component for many corporate users.

Whilst users do not necessarily believe their employees are sending pornographic images via emails, there are plenty of other reasons corporates are buying Image Scanning. Many organisations do not want, for example, their employees using valuable bandwidth and indeed valuable works time, sending receiving and commenting on holiday photos or photos of worker's families. Blocking these types of images is a legitimate goal.

There is, however, often a corporate responsibility angle to Image Scanning also. Many government or public sector organisations are duty bound to protect their workers from inappropriate images coming in via email.

The ability to offer image scanning as part of the suite of products is crucial not only to offer a fully viable service, but to ensure that the maximum cost values can be achieved for the business.
