It is rarely acceptable for Businesses in today's world to not have a Business Continuity plan. The EnableTS Business Continuity module of the Email Management Suite can provide an organization with an essential element of their plan.
The system includes a Webmail feature, which can be enabled and disabled on a per customer basis. This allows individual users to login to the portal and send and receive emails. It also provides users with access to previous emails that have been sent or received, through integration with the EnableTS email archiving module. This includes emails that have been archived through the Microsoft Exchange integration tool.
The Webmail module is fully functional including, attachment management, printing, spell check and full html editing. Users who are used to Outlook Web Access will feel at home easily using this module.
When the customer's email server returns to service, any email received during the period that the server was offline, will automatically be forward onto the server. The users also have the ability to continue to login to the portal, and change review any emails they sent or received, and to send copies of those emails to related parties.
